Whereas, the Constitution Club of India was established in February 1947 with the objective of fostering social interaction and providing the customary amenities of club life for the benefit of the Members of the Indian Constituent Assembly;

And Whereas, the Constitution Club of India has, over time, emerged as a distinguished and enviable forum, providing a prestigious platform for interaction among past and present Members of Parliament;

And Whereas, it has been deemed expedient to constitute a Society for the furtherance and effective implementation of its principal aims and objectives;

Now Therefore, we, the undersigned signatories to this Memorandum of Association, hereby agree to form a society under the name "Constitution Club of India", hereinafter referred to as the Club, and to register the same under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

The Constitution Club of India is headed by the Hon’ble Speaker, Lok Sabha, as its Ex-Officio President, and is governed by an Executive Body comprising serving and former Members of Parliament.
The Director of the Constitution Club of India is Mr. Arvind Kumar.
